Right after Kathy and I got engaged in the Spring of 2007 we decided that we needed to celebrate and blow off some steam. After looking around for some time on Orbitz, TripAdvisor and some other sites we decided on Mexico. Why Mexico? Because it's super relaxing, that's why.

We decided on going the "all-inclusive" route in order to truly unwind in grand style. After finding a nice hotel we flew down and spent around 5 days doing nothing but hanging by the pool, napping, reading, snorkling, and relaxing. I even made it through the entire trip with only checking my email once (pat on back).
