Painting Coconuts - The Audi quattro® Experience

Darn cool.

Audi Canada, together with Toronto-based ad agency Zulu Alpha Kilo and Slot Mods USA have managed to use cars in a way that piqued my interest by building an iPad-controlled test track. The best part? Players get a driver-perspective point of view of the RC cars in action in real time.

Hexels: Settlers of Catan Magnets?

There are certainly quite a few Kickstarter projects that I want to support. This one stuck out to me for a number of reasons. Catan is an AWESOME board game. If you don't already own it, I highly recommend it. So great! The problem that this project points out is certainly viable. The board, like most board games that have loose pieces making up a board, tends to not stay together. This is exceptionally true in a heated battle! After reading this you might think I'm one of the folks forking over $35 for a set of 19 tiles. NOPE! I'm cheap, baby! And pieces moving isn't a dealbreaker for fun.

This work is an alphabetical list of the most important architects with their best known building. A lot of them have been left out with grief because we only need one for each letter and we done an effort to have differents nationalities.

A Crested Butte Christmas

Julia and Zoe were happy to be hanging out with their cousins! Everyone getting fired up to open some presents! The aftermath! Some favorites from each were... Julia almost stayed out of trouble. She made up for it in cuteness. Grandma Sue had a ball with all the girls. Ski day for the Seybolds and Donaldsons. Woohoo! The fresh powder was a nice treat. Ya, it was an awesome day. Look at this place. Amazing! We had a wonderful time over the holidays at Stacey and Jon's in Crested Butte. As you can see from the photos above, the girls (as well as everyone else) had a great time. On top of general Chrismas fun, Kathy and I were able to get out and cut up some fresh powder with Stacey and Jon. Great times!

Skiing With Julia

Not bad for a 2 year old, right? Here we are testing out Julia's ski legs at Crested Butte over Christmas vacation. She'll be shredding it up with her cousins Ayla and Ruby before we know it! YES!
