Sledding with Julia

After getting a nice snowstorm late last week, we decided that it was the right time to take Julia out for her first sledding trip. We didn't have to go far, merely a block up towards south table mountain and we had the slope and the snow for some fun.

Good times! We have some fun videos taken as well. I'll work on getting some of those posted here or on Tumblr soon too.

Wow, I heard it was dumping. This video really makes it "measurable" for me. Haha. December 2010 Blizzard Timelapse. Canon DLSR on tripod with remote timer taking a photo once every five minutes. Approximately 20 hours in 40 seconds.

Christmas wasn't so merry in Laguna this year with some serious floods in my home town. Pretty lame stuff. Stranger still is that here in Colorado it's completely dry, sunny and mild.

Wow, the holidays are alive for little kids, aren't they? So excited to be celebrating this year with little Julia. So fun!
