Welcome to Infected Media, the portfolio site of Steven Seybold, Art Director and Designer.

We are in the final stretches here with baby Seybold only 3 weeks from it's delivery date. Just last week, Kathy and I finished off the look of the baby room and thought we would share. As you can see, we have gone with the gender neutral Winnie the Pooh theme with light green paint. We are very happy with the results. Now all we need is baby to finish it all off. Yaaaay!

Pilot Handwriting

This is one of the coolest web apps that I have seen in some time. Basically, you can print out their type templates, draw your own characters, upload them to their site and create your own font that looks just like your handwriting. I'm not sure how well it can deal with glyphs but I guess I will have to go through the whole process to find out. Looking forward to it!

Some pretty inspiring stuff is highlighted in this article that I found on Smashing Magazine. I find myself so focused on what is immediately around me for inspiration, I am always happy to find something I was not looking for like this, a bunch of visually stunning web designs from Poland. Are you looking for inspiration and can't seem to find it? Need a boost from an unlikely spot? This just might be it web designers!

Apple iTunes in the Cloud?

Could iTunes be getting cloud capability that everyone has been asking about for years now? Man, wouldn't that be sweet. I could, in theory, stream all of my music from anywhere. I could even put my Lala-esque playlists back up on this site in the features section. Dope! Make it so Apple! Additionally, at least in rumor-ville, there is talk of wireless syncing. 'Bout Time!

I just came across the brilliance that is Brandon Bird. This guy makes some of the weirdest paintings/illustrations/products I have ever seen and I am completely in love with all of it. If you haven't had the chance to enjoy his work before, please, for the love of PETE, get to clicking... For those of you who have known about this guy before today and have not shared it with me, you guys suck.
