Welcome to Infected Media, the portfolio site of Steven Seybold, Art Director and Designer.

So Subotai made the grave mistake of leaving me in charge of populating this site with information while he's off getting blitzed in the land of kilts and quickenings. While poking around the iTunes Music store last night I discovered some tracks by Living Colour that I didn't have (from Pride as well as unreleased ones on Vivid). This got me excited. When I get excited I go and research on the internet. And lo and behold I found out on www.livingcolournet.com that they are working on a new album! Look for it in September. Linked below is a windows media player (blech!) stream of an entire concert they did in 2001! Rockin!

Avenged Sevenfold

Two metal related news posts in a row is never a bad thing! Discovered Avenged Sevenfold at a Tower listening station on Tuesday and I can't stop listening to them! They're an interesting mix of a growler metal band like Killswitch, a punk band like Pennywise, and an eighties rock band like Skid Row or GnR. They're album "Sounding the Seventh Trumpet" frickin rocks and what's more I just found out they have recently finished a new album that should be released near the end of the summer. Awesome!

New video by Killswitch Engage is out! It's "Fixation on the Darkness" and it features their new singer Howard Jones. Personally it seems like he rocks pretty good! I approve! Also news is that they have 4 songs completed for their new album. Joy!
