Will I ever NOT buy a Katatonia album? Probably not! I did have a bit of an issue with this album. The song between Lilac and Temporal had some lyrics I just couldn't get behind, so I bought the album and then deleted that song. I almost never have to do that.

Dan let me know that these guys had put out a new album. YAY! At first listen, or at least on the first song, I wasn't sure that the singer was the same singer of old. Did they change? That feeling eventually went away, and I eventually was able to recognize everything as authentic Katatonia.

This band never disappoints. I had to wait a little bit to pick this up due to me buying a lot of music lately. So glad to finally add it to the collection. Honestly, I only waited a couple days before I caved.

These guys have aged SO well.

A live album by one of my favorite bands. I'm not sure I understood that this was a live album when I bought it, but I can't be mad at it. So good!

I forgot how melodic these guys can be. I'm re-finding myself in awe of their talent.

I was pretty impressed buy the first album that I picked up from Katatonia, Last Fair Deal Gone Down. So impressed, in fact, that I decided to ask Dan what the next album should be by them. This is the result. REDICULOUS! Love this album
